Digital Dilemma

To make the e-governance plan transformative, Digital India has to be demand-driven. This calls for a better understanding of the needs of the masses. To make sure people walk the digital highways, the government has to ensure technology neutrality, net neutrality and level playing field for different stakeholders including customers and the industry while restructuring the procurement processes.
