Refund & Cancellation Policy

At SKOCH Media, we strive to provide the best experience when purchasing books through our website https://books.skoch.in. This policy outlines the conditions for cancellations, returns, and refunds.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase or until the order is shipped, whichever is earlier.
To cancel, please contact us at info@skoch.in with your order number.
If the order has already been shipped, cancellation is not possible. You may instead refer to the Return Policy below.

Return & Replacement Policy

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

You received a wrong item.
The book was damaged in transit.
You received a defective copy (misprint, missing pages, etc.).

Conditions for Returns:

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos/videos.
The book must be returned in unused condition, with original packaging intact.
Once we verify the claim, we will arrange for a replacement or refund.

Refund Policy

Refunds are processed only in cases of order cancellation (before shipping) or eligible returns as per the conditions above.
Refunds will be made to the original payment method used at checkout (Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI, Wallets, etc. via Razorpay).
It may take 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank/payment provider.
Shipping and handling charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Non-Refundable & Non-Returnable Items

Digital products (eBooks, PDFs, subscriptions).
Discounted or clearance sale items.
Orders returned after the return period.
Orders damaged due to customer mishandling.
