Refund & Cancellation Policy

At SKOCH Media, we strive to provide the best experience when purchasing books through our website https://books.skoch.in. This policy outlines the conditions for cancellations, returns, and refunds.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase or until the order is shipped, whichever is earlier.
  • To cancel, please contact us at info@skoch.in with your order number.
  • If the order has already been shipped, cancellation is not possible. You may instead refer to the Return Policy below.

Return & Replacement Policy

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • You received a wrong item.
  • The book was damaged in transit.
  • You received a defective copy (misprint, missing pages, etc.).

Conditions for Returns:

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos/videos.
  • The book must be returned in unused condition, with original packaging intact.
  • Once we verify the claim, we will arrange for a replacement or refund.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed only in cases of order cancellation (before shipping) or eligible returns as per the conditions above.
  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method used at checkout (Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI, Wallets, etc. via Razorpay).
  • It may take 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank/payment provider.
  • Shipping and handling charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Non-Refundable & Non-Returnable Items

  • Digital products (eBooks, PDFs, subscriptions).
  • Discounted or clearance sale items.
  • Orders returned after the return period.
  • Orders damaged due to customer mishandling.
